ECOFOX® fully wrapped aluminium foil rock wool insulation board is a special design dedicated to insulation and fire protection solutions that require excellent performance. This mineral wool board uses a high-quality core material fully wrapped with durable aluminium foil to improve the insulation material's heat reflection and moisture resistance.
1. Fully wrapped aluminium foil design: 6 sides are fully wrapped with aluminium foil, high insulation and high waterproof;
2. Flame retardant and fireproof: Rock wool has flame retardant properties, is fully wrapped with aluminium foil, improves fire resistance, prevents the spread of burning, toxic smoke, and increases escape time.
3. Energy saving and consumption reduction: thermal insulation, energy saving and consumption reduction for buildings; Noise reduction and attraction, easy installation.

1. Marine & Offshore Insulation: Wrapped rock wool boards (e.g., SeaRox FM 6050 ALU) are used in ship hulls, decks, bulkheads, and offshore platforms. They offer lightweight thermal protection, A‑class fire resistance, vapour barrier functionality, and comply with MED/IMO marine-fire standards.
2. Industrial High‑Temperature Equipment: Applied to boilers, industrial pipework, flues, tanks, and furnaces. These boards withstand temperatures up to 650–1000 °C, provide thermal efficiency, prevent condensation, and ensure worker safety.
3. HVAC Duct & Air‑Handling Systems: Used to insulate HVAC ducts, plenum enclosures, air‑handling units. They reduce heat loss/gain, prevent moisture buildup, dampen noise, and offer a clean, easy-to-clean foil surface.
4. Building Envelope & Curtain Walls: Installed in exterior walls, roofing systems, and curtain-wall assemblies. The aluminum foil facings act as both vapor and radiant heat barriers, providing fire safety, sound insulation, and improved energy efficiency.
5. Fire‑Rated Acoustic Partitions: Used as fire walls, fire‑door cores, and sound-absorbing panels/partitions. Core rock wool offers high sound absorption, while foil facing enhances mechanical durability and helps meet fire codes (Class A1).
