1. Commercial HVAC: Hot/chilled water, steam condensate, and refrigerant suction lines.

3. Residential/Plumbing: Domestic hot water, cold water lines (with vapor barrier).

ECOFOX® Fiber Pipe Insulation Installation and Maintenance Tips

1. Measure & Cut: Use a sharp knife to trim clean edges; allow a slight compression for a snug fit.

2. Seam Sealing: Butt joints tightly and seal with foil tape or approved mastic to maintain vapor barrier.

3. Protective Coating: In corrosive or exterior settings, overcoat jackets with paintable PVC or elastomeric finish.

4. Inspection: Periodically check for tears, moisture damage, or displaced sections; repair promptly.
