ECOFOX® Mineral fiber pipe insulation is a high‑performance thermal and acoustic barrier fabricated from inorganic mineral fibers—typically a blend of rock wool (stone wool) or slag wool—bonded with a heat‑resistant binder. It is commonly supplied in pre‑formed tubular sections or semicircular “halveshells” that fit snugly around pipes, ducts and conduits. Because mineral fibers are inherently non‑combustible and dimensionally stable, this insulation offers excellent fire resistance, low smoke emission, and long‑term mechanical integrity, even at elevated temperatures.

1. Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) System: Including hot water, cold water pipelines and steam circuits, reducing heat loss, preventing condensation, improving system efficiency and protecting personnel safety.
2. Fire prevention and life safety: Used for blocking fire-rated pipelines, fire main pipe insulation, blocking the spread of flames and smoke, and ensuring reliable operation of the sprinkler system at high temperatures.
3. Industrial processes and power plant facilities: In high-temperature process pipelines such as refining, chemical industry, and power, it maintains temperature, resists thermal cycles, suppresses vibration and noise, and can be designed with chemical resistance.
4. Marine, offshore and low-temperature engineering: Applicable to ship platforms, high-salt environment pipelines, and low-temperature working conditions such as liquefied natural gas and refrigeration systems, taking into account fire prevention, moisture prevention, and frost prevention.

Acoustic vibration control and anti-corrosion transformation: Through open-pore fiber structure to absorb sound and reduce noise; in renovation projects such as existing pipeline anti-corrosion and historical building upgrades, thin and durable solutions are used to achieve insulation, anti-corrosion and convenient maintenance.
