ECOFOX Glass Wool Blanket with Kraft Paper
Density: 10~48kg/m3
Thickness: 25~200mm
Width: 400/600/1200mm
Length: 5000-30000mm
Glass wool rolls consisted of long fibers. resin fibers bonded to aether with a thermosetting resin to form a lightweight, flexible glass wool blanket. The blankets can be supplied with a factory-applied foil accordingly to project designs or customers' requirements. Glass wool blanket is designed for use under any roof system supported on purin with either metal or fibrous cladding, to provide thermal control within the building. The blanket can also be used as additional insulation to fill voids in walls and roofs of metal buildings.

1. Non-inflammability fireproofing material A1, extremely low spread of flame, non-emission of dense smoke and toxic gases, on depletion of oxygen (high oxygen index 70%).
2. Thermal insulation: low thermal conductivity, good thermal insulation effectNon-corrosive: Glass wool is chemically inert. Application does not cause or accelerate corrosion. Glass wool is rot-proof and odorlessEnvironmental: ensuring a healthy environment
3. Sound absorption and noise reduction: The porous connected structure formed by elongated fibers, with obvious sound absorption and noise lowering
4. Waterproof: excellent waterproofing to ensure good performance
5. Easy construction: Lightweight, Flexible, and easy to transport and install, Excellent tear strength, and not prone to sagging or setting.
In addition to its insulation properties, the glass wool blanket with kraft paper facing also enhances acoustic performance. The fibrous structure of the insulation material absorbs and dampens sound waves, reducing noise transmission and creating a quieter and more comfortable environment. In summary, the glass wool blanket with kraft paper facing offers enhanced insulation performance with added protection and durability. Its thermal insulation, moisture resistance, and acoustic properties contribute to energy efficiency, comfort, and noise control in various.
1. Thermal Insulation
The glass wool core is made from fine glass fibers that trap air in tiny pockets.
This trapped air slows heat transfer, reducing energy loss in heating and cooling systems.
2. Vapor Barrier Protection
The Kraft paper facing, often reinforced with asphalt or foil, acts as a moisture and vapor barrier.
It prevents condensation from forming on cold surfaces and protects the glass wool from absorbing water.
3. Fire Safety
Glass wool itself is non-combustible and maintains fire-resistant properties.
The Kraft paper facing may be treated with fire-retardant additives to enhance overall fire performance.
4. Acoustic Absorption
The porous fiber structure absorbs airborne sound and reduces reverberation.
Useful in walls, ceilings, and ductwork to improve indoor acoustic comfort.
5. Easy Installation & Handling
Supplied in flexible blankets, the material is lightweight and easy to cut.
The Kraft paper facing provides a clean surface and can serve as a stapling flange for simple fixing.
